There are many different types of trips offered. Browse through and see what you might like to do. If you are still not sure, then contact me and describe what you are looking for. I will provide additional information, customize a trip for you, or answer any questions you may have to help you make your choice.
All charters require a $60 (U.S. dollar) deposit to reserve a day or night on the water, and must be received 10 days in advance. 2 people per charter, and additional $40 is required per trip to add a 3rd person. No children under the age of 7. Be sure to look for the no hook up, no pay astris "*" for certain trips, (does not apply to deposits, see bottom for full refund details). That's right, if I fail to get you hooked up, you don't pay!
Prices do not include the purchase of live bait, which is optional. Time will be spent catching live bait if the customer declines to purchase live bait from the live bait boats. see FAQ for further details.
Offshore: *Full day= $380: Venture out into the mighty current of the Gulf Stream in search of a variety of pelagic fish such as Mahi, Sailfish, Wahoo, Tuna, Barracuda, and Marlin.
Nearshore: *Full day= $340, Half= $260: Drift the Gulf Stream edge with the rolling seas for the mighty Sailfish, speedy Kingfish or other various pelagics. Or, drop bait down on a multitude of underwater wrecks and deep water reefs for Snapper, Grouper, and Amberjack.
Reef: *Full day= $300, *Half= $200: The best way to bend a rod in South Florida! Anchor next to one of thousands of reefs and catch a wide variety of pan frying fish such as Lane, Schoolmaster, and Mangrove Snapper, or larger fish like Grouper, Mackerel, and Barracuda.
Reef: *Full night= $340, Half= $240: Anchor up on deep water drop offs and wrecks to chum up a variety of snapper, grouper, and mackerels.
Evening nearshore/nightime tarpon (December-June): *Full = $280, Half= $180:
Watch the sun go down as you catch the last bite of the day nearshore, then move inshore to catch the mighty silver king (tarpon), under the city lights!
Tarpon (December -June): *Full = $240, Half = $140: Miami is consider one of the top ten places in the world to catch tarpon. Primarily a nocturnal feeder, tarpon come to miami for the winter to fatten up on the shrimp and crabs the float in and out of the inlets at night. Having multiple hook-ups a night is not uncommon, fish are from 60lbs to 100+.
Be sure to get your rest, you need it to bring this king of all sportfishes boatside!
