  Greybeard Sportfishing Charters was designed for lovers of the sea to experience it in an affordable and authentic fashion.  Private charter boats are usually out of the price range of most typical tourists, unless you are travelling with a large group of people who you can split the cost with.  Additionally, today's high cost of boat ownership and operation has kept many people from enjoying the ocean and all that it has to offer here in South Florida.  With this in mind, I wanted to offer a charter experience that would be more affordable than typical charter boat rates, and equal to, if not less than the cost of owning and running a boat.  This is made possible by utilizing the panga style boat.

  Greybeard Sportfishing Charters is a low cost, high quality way to spend a day fishing, snorkeling, or touring the waters of South Florida.  A typical charter boat here in America has many costs it must pass on to the customer in order to stay in business.  First and foremost, there is the enormous cost of purchasing the typical center console style or large sportfishing boat.  Then there is insurance, dock fees, repair and maintenance of a large boat and engine, the latest in marine electronics, and the ever higher costs of fuel.  Yet if you visit many other countries in tropical regions, their charter boats are basically in two categories: large expensive sportfishing boats that are victims of the same costs American charters have, or small rugged pangas.  The large sportfishers are for the people who have the money to spend, the pangas are the for the rest of us who vacation on a budget. The panga was designed for simplicity, durablility, efficiency, and seaworthiness. The extreme fuel efficiency of the boat and simplicity of its design allow me to deliver to you a positive experience engaging in the aquatic activity you love, at an affordable price, just like you would in another country!
